Network for Sustainable Applications of Photovoltaic Energy (RIASEF; http://fc.uni.edu.pe/riasef ) of the Iberoamerican CYTED Program. Past President of the
Peruvian Physical Society and the Peruvian Solar Energy Association.
Distinctions: Dr. h.c. of the National University
of Tacna, Peru, Honorary Professor of the
